CBD Gummies Auto-Bottom Jar Cartons

A base that opens during assembly

Auto-bottom jar cartons are useful when staff need to erect boxes quickly by hand. Opening the carton brings the pre-glued base panels into position, leaving the jar to be loaded from the top. The aqua example shows a clear gummy jar inside an open carton.

The base still needs to be specified for the filled jar's weight. A convenient assembly method is not a load rating. Check the jar diameter, lid width and overall height, then review a loaded sample for base support and closure fit.

Give the label panels enough room

Jar cartons offer a broad front and separate side panels for flavour, serving information and approved warnings. Leave a pale code area if batch details will be added after printing. Dense artwork near folds can make small information harder to read once the carton is assembled.

Keep food contact with the sealed jar

This is secondary packaging around your existing jar. Gummies should remain in their approved primary container rather than touch the carton or insert. SBS and folding boxboard offer different stiffness and print surfaces; ask to compare them using the actual jar weight.

Measure before you request pricing

Send the filled jar dimensions, quantity and preferred finish. Minimum orders begin at 50 cartons. A dieline and digital mockup help check the layout, while physical fit should be confirmed before the full run.
