CBD Gummies Variety Pack Mailers

Three flavours in one organised dispatch

A variety pack should make its contents easy to count and identify. CBD gummies variety pack mailers use separate compartments for sealed pouches, so one flavour does not disappear underneath another. The lavender example shows three upright pouches in a hinged shipping carton.

Start with the widest filled pouch, then check every flavour against that measurement. Differences in fill weight can alter depth even when the printed pouch dimensions match. Dividers should hold the pack without pinching its sealed edges.

Print that helps picking and packing

A colour or flavour name beside each seat gives your packing team a simple check before closing the lid. The outside can carry a collection name instead of repeating every label. Keep any legally required information available where your approved artwork plan calls for it; the box does not make the gummies compliant by itself.

Choose the board for the journey

Corrugated board suits a mailer structure, but the flute and insert design need to reflect packed weight and handling. Test a loaded sample before assuming the presentation layout is ready for courier transit. Extra padding or an outer carton may still be appropriate.

Order the right version

Provide pouch measurements, total set weight and quantity. Mention whether future sets will use different pouch counts. Start at 50 boxes, with a dieline and digital mockup to review the dividers and closure.
