We cut every capsule box to the bottle you actually use. Send us the diameter and cap height, or post one sample, and the dieline comes back with a 1mm tolerance and a tuck-end that stays shut without tape.

Board is 350gsm SBS as standard, which holds a clean edge for small supplement facts panels and prints 6pt text without ink spread. Kraft is available when the brand leans natural, though very fine legal copy reads better on coated stock.

Free dieline and a digital proof come with every quote. Minimum order is 100 cartons and production runs 8 to 10 business days after you approve artwork.
