Blister packs are thin, rigid and unforgiving. Drop two strips into a carton with spare depth and they rattle, curl at the corners and eventually crease along the foil seal.
Our blister cartons are drawn to the strip footprint plus 2mm, with a folded locating tab inside the base that holds the stack square. That single tab removes almost all of the movement without adding a separate insert or extra cost per unit.
We print dosage panels, batch and expiry boxes and barcode zones as part of the standard layout, and we can add Braille embossing on the front panel where local rules require it.
