Above a certain price, a folding carton starts working against you. A rigid box changes the whole impression: the lid lifts with a little resistance, the walls do not flex, and the customer keeps the box for something else afterwards.

The build is 2mm greyboard wrapped in printed or coloured paper. Inside we add a fitted foam or board cradle so the bar sits centred and does not slide when the lid comes off. A tissue layer on top is a small cost and finishes the reveal.

Deboss and foil both sit beautifully on wrapped board because the surface has depth to press into. A blind deboss on a dark uncoated wrap is the quietest option and reads as expensive in person, which photographs never quite capture.

Rigid boxes ship assembled as standard, or collapsible if freight cost matters. Minimum 100 boxes, 12 to 14 business days production.
