CBD Vape Hanging Tab Cartons

A carton that can hang on a retail peg

Hanging tab cartons add a display opening above the device cavity. The orange concept shows a long CBD vape carton with a die-cut hanger and a single pen inside. The tab is part of the display structure, not an extra label stuck to the top.

Ask the retailer about peg type and available display clearance. The hole shape, top margin and packed weight need to work together. A tab that looks neat in artwork can tilt or tear when loaded if those measurements are ignored.

Keep the product facing forward

A fitted card support can hold the device orientation when the carton hangs vertically. Check the base closure against the device weight, and leave clearance around the mouthpiece. A sample on the intended peg is more informative than a flat dieline alone.

Print below the hanger

Use the main face for product identification and keep essential copy off the die-cut opening. Approved warnings, strength details and disposal guidance need readable panels. The hanging tab does not make the package tamper-evident or child-resistant; those requirements need their own confirmed solution.

What to send for pricing

Provide device dimensions, weight, quantity and the retailer's peg requirements. Runs start from 50 cartons. Review the dieline and digital mockup, then confirm the loaded hanging position before artwork approval.
