CBD Vape Gravity-Feed Displays

A narrow column for boxed devices

A gravity-feed display holds small retail cartons above a lower access opening. As one is removed, the remaining packs can settle toward the front. The white and teal concept shows a compact vertical unit for slim boxed vape products.

This structure depends on consistent pack dimensions and smooth movement. A narrow carton that catches on a divider will not feed reliably. Send the actual boxed product, including any hanger or raised seam, before choosing the internal clearances.

Test the dispensing opening

The opening needs to expose enough of one pack for retrieval without letting several fall out together. Base angle, side friction and stacked weight all affect the result. A loaded prototype is important; a digital mockup cannot prove that the feed works.

Make the header easy to recognise

A short range name above the column gives the display a clear identity. Keep small legal information on the individual cartons as required by your approved labelling plan. The display is not a substitute for age checks or product-specific retail controls.

Quote from the boxed product

Share carton size, weight, planned stack count, counter dimensions and quantity. Orders begin at 50 displays. Review the dieline and digital mockup, then confirm a physical feed test before approving production. If several device sizes are stocked, separate versions may be more dependable than one oversized column.
