A small cartridge with a controlled opening

A sleeve and tray pack keeps the cartridge in an inner seat while the outside slides away. The blue concept shows a single glass cartridge exposed in a white fitted tray. This structure separates the handling surface from the printed cover and makes the product easy to inspect after opening.

Measure the mouthpiece, glass body and threaded end together. A 0.5ml or 1ml capacity does not tell you the complete external dimensions. The insert should support the body without squeezing the glass or leaving the tip unsupported.

Give the tray a practical grip

A finger notch makes the sleeve easier to withdraw. Check that the tray does not slide out unexpectedly when the pack is held upright. Closure friction should be reviewed on a physical sample rather than assumed from the drawing.

Small panels need simple artwork

Put the product name on the main facing and leave deliberate space for your approved potency information, warnings and batch details. Fine print and QR codes need checking at final size. This pack is not certified child-resistant simply because it has two components.

Dimensions for your quote

Send cartridge length, body diameter, mouthpiece width and quantity. Runs begin at 50 packs. Review the dieline and digital mockup, then agree the insert and sleeve fit before production. The carton cannot correct a leaking primary cartridge.
