A rigid lid box gives a small cartridge a deliberate presentation without adding a hinged mechanism. The burgundy concept uses a separate cover and a pale fitted insert, with the glass cartridge held in one central seat.

The insert should leave a safe lifting point. Supporting the body matters more than gripping every edge tightly, especially where glass meets metal. Send the actual cartridge dimensions instead of quoting capacity alone.

Decide how much base the lid covers

Lid overlap changes the visible proportion and opening feel. A deep cover may need a finger gap at the base; a shorter cover exposes a contrasting lower edge. Review these details with a sample before locking the artwork.

A wrap designed for corners

Paper wraps fold around edges, so a fine border near the corner can shift visually even if it looks aligned on a screen. Place the main logo on a flat facing and keep essential information away from edge turns. Matte wraps and selective foil are options to compare. This presentation box does not supply child resistance without a separate tested closure.
