Put a cartridge range on a peg fixture

Peg display cartons combine a slim cartridge cavity with an extended hanging tab. The teal concept shows the cartridge in an open facing with the hanger above it. The structure needs to fit both the product and the retailer's fixture.

Ask for the peg diameter, hole shape preference and available hanging clearance. A top-heavy carton may tip forward, while a hole cut too close to the edge can weaken the tab. Check a loaded sample on the intended peg.

Keep the cartridge seated vertically

A folded insert can hold the cartridge body and stop it dropping to the bottom of the pack. Mouthpieces and threads need clearance rather than pressure from the seat. Cartridge capacities vary independently of external dimensions, so actual measurements are essential.

Use the flat facing for the main message

A short product name and clear identification work better than crowded decorative copy on a narrow hanging pack. Reserve separate areas for approved warnings, potency information and a batch code. The hanger is a display feature; child resistance and tamper evidence must be specified independently when required.

Quote against the fixture

Provide cartridge dimensions, packed weight, quantity and peg requirements. Start from 50 cartons, with a dieline and digital mockup for checking the tab and facing. Confirm the hanging angle and retrieval before approving the final version.
